Posted: 21 of November
The new interim DFARS rule is out! Contractors need to certify regarding a basic assessment of their cybersecurity compliance in order to be eligible to win new contracts, and get options exercised under their existing ones. In addition, the Cyber Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is here!
Please join us for an invigorating discussion with Susan Warshaw Ebner, Partner at Stinson, LLP regarding what is here, what is coming next for the contractor community, and how to get cybersecurity ready for compliance. If time permits, Susan will also share some key highlights of her recent, successful, and highly visible, tabletop exercise with a panel of experts in government, industry, and other NGOs. This is a hot topic and not to miss event!
