Monday, May 20 – Women’s Forum Agenda Announced
Posted: 22 of April
Join us for our annual Women’s Forum! This year, NCMA is excited to present an Unconscious Bias & Allyship Workshop by She+ Geeks Out (SGO)!
We’ve chosen to work with SGO for several reasons, including their unwavering commitment to the creation of a non-judgmental space in which to have candid, open conversations about diversity and inclusion, which can often be sensitive topics.
This event is always one of our most popular, and we cannot wait to have you join us this year. All genders are welcome to join us for what promises to be a thought-provoking, valuable event!
One week before the event, we will be emailing an anonymous survey to all attendees. It will allow SGO’s facilitators to learn a bit more about the people who will be attending, with an eye toward gauging the level of knowledge and familiarity that exists with regard to concepts related to diversity and inclusion. The survey will also provide a medium for you to voice any concerns you might have in a confidential manner.
